I was a little unsure before ordering from thespystore.com.au, but it ended up feeling totally fine. The checkout was private, I didn’t get any weird follow-up emails, and everything seemed handled properly. my small win was getting through the whole order without second-guessing it the whole time. I’d be happy to use them again...

I had some trouble getting my camera set up, though part of it was probably me rushing through the instructions. Support got back to me and walked me through it in a way that was easy to follow. It took a little while, but that’s fine since I wasn’t in a huge hurry anyway. It’s working properly now, so I’m happy with it...

I picked up a small camera from The Spy Store and, to be fair, it’s been working like it’s supposed to. Setup was straightforward, though it did take me a few minutes to get the angle sitting right.
The video is clear enough for what I needed, and the battery lasted close to what they claimed, which isn’t always the case with stuff like this. No dropouts so far, so I’m happy with it overall

I had to reach out to The Spy Store about a question on my order, they got back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t instant, but it was around the next day, which really isn’t that bad.

The person who replied was helpful and didn’t make the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be. They explained what I needed to know and got it sorted without a bunch of unnecessary back and forth, so I can’t really complain about that.

I’m giving 4 stars only because there was a small wait for the reply, but I don’t think that’s a huge deal. Overall it was a good experience, and I’d use them again.

I’m disappointed with this. The quality just felt really cheap, and it didn’t hold up for long at all. For what I paid, I expected something much better. I just wouldn’t buy from here again.

I had to return an item and it did get handled in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would?? I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. Support was okay though, so at least that helped.

I grabbed a couple of things from thespystore.com.au the prices were decent compared to other sites I looked at. I wasn’t expecting some life-changing shopping experience, but the quality was totally fine for what I paid, so I can’t really complain without sounding dramatic.

Shipping did feel a bit slow, like I was checking the tracking as if it was a national emergency, and the website is plain, but overall it was good value. Not perfect, but definitely not a disaster. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’m not really someone who loves fiddling around with tech stuff, so I was expecting it to take longer than it did, but the instructions were clear enough that I could just follow them step by step without getting frustrated. There was one small point where I paused and went back to double-check what I’d just done, mostly because I didn’t want to mess anything up, but it was nothing major at all. Once I re-read that part, it made sense and I had everything working quickly. Overall, I’m really happy with it because the whole process felt simple and not overly complicated.

The delivery took forever, it got really frustrating having to explain the same issue over and over just to get an update. I get that delays happen, but the whole process felt way more difficult than it needed to be.

This was embarrassing. They make it sound like the packaging will be discreet, but that’s such a vague promise if the box shows up with obvious labels and everyone can basically tell where it came from. Mine got dropped off at reception, and it was awkward enough that I really wish they’d been clearer about what “discreet” actually means. I expected a plain box, not something that gave it away right away
